This week Schneiders is going to help you dress for cold weather from head to toe! Proper outerwear makes the difference between a pleasant season and a miserable winter. Consider the following so you can enjoy the snow and your horses this year!
Today we’re featuring the best winter tops from several of our favorite retailers.
Ariat Taft Jacket
This jacket has a poly blend shell that is wind and water resistant, contains polyfill insulation and features diamond quilting and ribbed cuffs at the wrists. It features a front zipper closure with traditional pockets and chest pockets. It is offered in blue or gunmetal, in sizes small through xx-large. Style on while beating the cold!
Mountain Horse Regal Down Vest
This vest is one of my personal favorites. The quilted pattern with duck down fill is classy looking and effective when the temperature drops. It has a front zipper closure with an extra-tall collar to block out the wind. Mountain Horse spared no expense when it came to details – this vest features an intricately embroidered crest that traditionalists would die for, and “Mountain Horse” is embroidered across the back of the tall collar. Four color choices, Snow White, Royal Red, Sassy Orange and Carbon Black, ensure that you can coordinate with any wardrobe!
Goode Rider Ideal ¼ Zip Shirt
This close fitting cotton/lycra knit love sleeve shirt is a perfect layering piece for winter. It has an anti-pill finish with a zip-front mock neck. We love the streamlined silhouette, and I personally love the snaffle bit zipper detail. It is offered in White, Winter White (off-white), Olive, Chocolate and Black in sizes small through x-large. It is certainly the “ideal” shirt whether you are riding or out around town.
